C ovid-19 What to Expect

The Artist(s) will arrive with a face mask on. We currently have a contactless greeting policy, hugs and handshakes are on hold. A separate area is requested to perform services. This area will allow 6+ feet distance between Artists if there is more than one Artist assigned to your wedding. For example, if the bridal party will be in the common living room space, the make-up Artist can set up in the bedroom area. Please plan and designate areas to perform services in advance.

The Artist will wash hands before services. The surface that we will work on will be wiped and sanitized and then items will be unpacked on top of a towel. We ask that clients come in one at a time for their appointment. Though our Artists enjoy getting to know you, we ask that you keep conversation to a minimum as COVID can be transmitted through respiratory droplets produced when a person talks. The safety of our Clients and Artist(s) is our top priority.

Clients must wash their hands just prior to their appointment. Clients who feel unwell, have cold/flu symptoms and/or temperatures, or have been in close contact with someone with these symptoms cannot be serviced. No cancellation fee will be applied. Artist may supply the Client with a mask to wear while eye make-up is being done.

Disposable palettes, spatulas, mascara wands, lipstick/gloss wands, sponges & eyeliner applicators will be used. The Artist will use a new, clean brush set pre-packaged for each Client. Most make-up can be removed from its original container and used on a disposable palette. Products will be sanitized with a professional cosmetics spray between uses. A UV sanitizer light is available as well.

Your Artist may wear a clear face shield and nitrile gloves during services. Artist will thoroughly wash hands between Clients. Please expect to allot additional time for increased sanitation procedures. Hand sanitizer and spray alcohol are available as needed. Artist will dispose of any used disposable items in trash. Final clean up will include sanitation of all products, tools, and work station.

We recognize this is a challenging and unique time to be planning a wedding. Please know we will do everything in our power to make your special day!
